Brass Tipped Spire Harpoon Dart Necklace - Hand made

This original necklace is perfect for both men an women. It is sleek and elegant, yet is a true statement piece and goes great with any style. I've machined this piece on my American-made metal lathe. It is turned from stainless steel bar stock, and is available with a variety of tips, giving the option to have multiple necklaces in on. Pictured from left to right, the tips are made of bronze, stainless steel, brass, and a sterling silver tip is installed on the pendant. I am also open to custom requests for tips. The two pieces are held together with very strong magnets attached to the tips. They come apart easily if you want them to, otherwise they are quite secure. The upper portion is torch blackened with a hint of the stainless steel polish showing through, giving it a warm tone. There are two black industrial "E" clips fit into two of the three upper grooves and one stainless steel ring between them. The piece is attached to a stainless steel chain with a stainless steel ring and two handmade brass links.
The pieces in my shop are completely original and entirely my own designs. I have spent several years developing the skills to make them and evolving the shapes. The form is reminiscent of the female figure yet the mechanical precision gives it a strong masculine quality. Don't be concerned with the sharpness, the tip comes slightly rounded to avoid injury, though I encourage owners to remove their jewelry before bed, and small children should not be allowed to play with the necklace as the removable tips could be a choking hazard.

This piece measures about 3" long and 1/4" diameter without the jump ring or brass links.

The point comes on a stainless steel chain with handmade stainless steel clasp. Upon checkout, please let me know if you want it at the standard 16" length with 18" adjustment, or if you want the longer length of 20" & 22".
